'Say When, Frank.'

This was an illustration for a charity auction called "Hey You Guys!", in which all pieces were based on 80's movies and shows. I grew up watching "Police Squad!" and "The Naked Gun" movies, and thought this might be a fun tribute to the genius of the Zucker Brothers.
